Forgiveness : The virtue of Humanity or Injustice to Justice

"I am sorry for what I did, will you forgive me?", this statement is desperately defensive when you are its speaker and dangerously offensive when you are at the listening end. Here the basic question arises, is forgiveness the real virtue of humanity or just the partiality to the justice system. Surely Guilt is something which is very difficult to understand unless you are having it. Many spiritual leaders seek the side of forgiveness. On the other hand, they are the only ones who speak of the importance of the Karma. How could one justify the same philosophy with two different connotations? So the real question lies in the confusion that how to categorize certain act into forgivable one or unforgivable one? Guilt of committing certain act must be very intense then. So come the next question, how could you determine intensity someone's guilt? It comes by putting you in his place and thinking like humanitarian. Twist in the story comes when the question is of forgiving yourself? At that time you have to place yourself at your place, but how can you place yourself if you are the sole subject and object of the act. Don't think too much. After rading this if you feeling headache I am really sorry. Will you forgive me?......hay Gotcha!!
